Report 2: Quarterly SEO Check and Scorecard. $279.

Many clients may have some type of in-house web developers and SEO personnel.  In this case we recommend the Quarterly SEO Check and Scorecard. Many clients run this report quarterly to monitor their in-house SEO staff’s performance.  This high level report analyzes over 25 common areas of SEO / Popularity and ‘grades’ your staff on each.  The report also makes recommendations on those areas that may not be optimized.

Package 1: Monthly Search Engine Optimization, Marketing and Traffic Monitoring Service:

$50. set-up fee | $150. per month.  Annual contract $1,800. includes a free Report #1 upon signing.
Once your site is designed, it needs to be introduced and marketed to the major search engines. It is important to make sure certain files are in place and set-up properly for the search engines to easily understand the theme of your site (sitemap.html, robots.txt, etc.). You will need a way of monitoring how well your site is being ranked and listed by the search engines in order to drive traffic to the website and produce viable organic leads with high ‘click-through’ rates. you will also want to collect and analyze information on 'who, what and when' the site is being visited. This service provides the following:

Due to the electronic nature of our work, all work is prepaid. Additional hours for any services (including HTML Development, Graphic Design, SEO Consulting) are prepaid at a rate of $60. per hour. Please make checks payable to Anna Schuttenhelm. Please mail checks to the address below.
